About Our Neighbourhood
South Eglinton is a neighbourhood near the Davisville area south of Eglinton, north of Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, east of Mt. Pleasant Road and west of Bayview Avenue. In contrast to the western side of Davisville (west of Mt. Pleasant Road) where 90% of the residents are renting, South Eglinton is predominantly working families in single-occupancy homes, but also features low-rise apartment buildings on the fringes.
