Special needs worker faces charges for alleged assaults on two students

A special needs worker at Owen Public School has been charged with the sexual assaults of two girls.

Toronto Police say they arrested the employee on June 21 following a call about a suspicious incident on June 6.

As a result of their investigation, police believe the girls were assaulted between October 2011 and June 2012.

Giuseppe “Joe” Foti, 56, faces two charges each of sexual assault and sexual interference.
